  Half Hour Pilates Traing: $40.00 / package of 10 $350.00 

Reformer Class: $35.00 per class / package of 5 $150.00 (package purchase reserves your space)

Mat Pilates Class: Mat classes are $12.00 per class or a package of 10 for $100.00. Bring your Mat, Towel & H2O!

All private pilates training sessions and semi-private classes are scheduled by appointment, and are paid in advance.  This ensures future appointments at a scheduled day and time.

Cancellations: 24 hour advance notice is required to prevent being charged fully for your appointment.

The PILATES Studio Session Guidelines

• All private pilates training sessions and semi-private classes are scheduled by appointment.
• Sessions and classes are paid in advance.  This ensures future appointments at a scheduled day and time.
• 24 hours notice must be given for all cancellations or a charge of one session will be assessed.
• You should get a physician's consent prior to the start of your first session.
• Identify all physical challenges to your trainer before you start your first session.
• Wear comfortable but form fitting workout clothing.
• All sessions begin promptly at the scheduled time and run for 1 hour.
