The PILATES Studio Fitness Tracker is an online training log for our website members, like a training diary. It allows anyone to log their efforts and analyze their performance. It is great for keeping track of all of your workouts and how you are progressing. Instructions
Log in or register FREE as a member of The PILATES Studio. After you log in, a new menu will appear to allow you to add an Entry, Edit your Preferences and View All Entries. Enter your training sessions by selecting the date on the calendar (click the date number) then click the You need to add an event before your username appears in Select User. All users Training Diaries are private on our system. Setup your Preferences first, making sure to choose your trainer and any friends from the list. You can use our system for all your fitness & training tracking needs, so invite a friend to register so you can train together and track your progress! |
