The PILATES Studio Session Guidelines
- All private pilates training sessions and semi-private classes are scheduled by appointment.
- Sessions and classes are paid in advance. This ensures future appointments at a scheduled day and time.
- 24 hours notice must be given for all cancellations or a charge of one session will be assessed.
- You should get a physician's consent prior to the start of your first session.
- Identify all physical challenges to your trainer before you start your first session.
- Wear comfortable but form fitting workout clothing.
- All sessions begin promptly at the scheduled time and run for 1 hour.
